I laugh at the people crying for a refund and are blaming the commmunity for rightfully complaining. If you’re one of those ppl, I’m glad you wasted your money. the problem is the gambling part, not the loot boxes themselves. Ever since they fixed the iron crown store, I’ve bought quite a few items. Now imagine if they never fixed the store and left it as it was. I, along with hundreds more, wouldn’t have spent a penny because we don’t want to take a friggin gamble on a damn skin. Just show us the skins and give us a price and you’ll see waaaay more revenue than making it a gamble. We have no problem supporting a free to play game, but when you incorporate gambling just to squeeze us out of every last cent, of course we’re going to retaliate
