Loot prime on ps4

First I tried playing Apex on my pc, but unfortunately, he can not run the game cause of the graphical settings. Now I play on ps4 and I'm already lvl 42.

But I was linking with Prime, that I have used for a while and unfortunately, even my EA account being linked to my ps4 acc, the loot probably went to the pc, and I still did not have the information in image 1 'screenshot_8'  (when I installed and played the game for the 1 time)

I would like to know if you can reset my pc account (I did not open the boxes, I also did not log into account to look) and consider sending the loot to my original ps4 account which is Deckd_Blaster (psn acc). Or some other way of achieving the prime loot.
