lost hierloom
i connected all my account to play on playstation i merged my pc and xbox account but only got my stuff from pc and now i lost my hierloom that i had on xbox

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Because of that, if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
If you linked your Xbox account to another EA account to try merging the content, unfortunately that won't be possible. Content cannot be moved between separate EA accounts. In that case you would need to re-link your Xbox to its original account to try recovering access to that progress.
