Community ManagerHey @jaja-mm, as per your description, it sounds like the system kept your PC account with cross-progression. The system will automatically keep the account with the highest level, so I believe your PC account had a higher level than your old PlayStation account. Unfortunately, we're unable to undo this process or recover the progress from the PlayStation account.

Community ManagerUnfortunately, we're unable to recover the old account. If you unlinked the PlayStation account from your EA account at some stage since you started playing Apex Legends, this could have caused the loss of game progress as well.
During the EA Live chat, he said he still can access into my old account and asked me to go to EA forum in order to recover my account. Can u access to our chat ?
My New Acc has lvl 66, my old acc has lvl 400 with so many skins same gamerr tag jaja-mms can u pls check if there any possible ways pls.
