Lost Twitch Prime Pathfinder Skin

I just recently came back to the game after a long hiatus. I came back only to find that my pathfinder skin was missing. I got it through twitch prime when it first came out. I don't know exactly when it got removed because I haven't played since may. I already tried to contact support chat but the representative named Mohd told me that it got removed and nobody got it back. I have seen that as recently as august people on here got it back. Can I please get it back? I loved that skin ☹️
