Love how Apex accounts are getting hacked left and right while EA does nothing.

But game is free, right? Why hack accounts, if you can simply create new and cheat?

I'm sure huge % of all these "my account was hacked" are just naive attempt to get unban.

Reality is that many players give their account details to some unknown person, who boosts account to Diamond/Master, or unlocks some icons for money. One thing they don't think about that this person may use cheats and after a week... surprise, surprise => ban.

That's not true at all.

Just go to to r/Apexlegends and search for "ban" and sort by new. 

Almost every post that has a picture shows the club history is set to chinese with sometimes a chinese hacker friend suddenly added to your account.

    So you believe everyone who says that his account was hacked? Yes there can be many cases where someone was hacked, but cheaters make this problem look bigger then it actually is. Cheaters are liars and first thing they usually do is search, read and comment in ban topics.

    By the way, to get access to Apex account hacker must hack Origin (or Steam). Few months ago they added option to play Apex on Steam and as i understand this problem with "account was hacked" is recent, right?
    Maybe there is some connection?

      Dude, why are you so in denial?
      I'm not gonna argue with someone that denies something so painfully obvious.
      I'll just say there has been so many cheaters with high levels, skins & heirlooms etc. lately. You would think they would atleast create an alt account, right?

      Also this has nothing to do with origin or steam.

        Apex is just a game on your Origin, or Steam account.
        How can you access apex account without hacking Origin/Steam account?
