Low lvl players cheating in ranked

It's time you added lvl100 entry on ranked to keep cheaters out of it. Players can be happy playing normal mode as it is the same but without the ladder. The last 2 days i've seen a massive amount ...

I dont know if it is cheats, but the ranked queue is stupid laggy!
I mean not being able to move lag!

  I agree, I find it funny how level 10-30 are mopping up squads by themselves. Nearly every match the champion is a super low level but have a boat load of kills, this game needs a serious anti cheat.
