Yea remove this crap. Most seasons by now I'm at around 1800/2000 games played. This season though? just under 900. Why you ask? Because Olympis is crap and I only play on Worlds Edge rotations. Let ...

@E9ine_AC I like Olympus granted I'm slightly odd.. I also like the 1x-2x and prefer the 2x-4x on my snipers.. I even run the wingman with 2x HCOG on it and will pass a Digi threat when playing as bang..
I think both maps have their strengths and weakness. WE is so bad now about hot drops. Half the rounds I play everyone drops to Frag or Sorting factory 10 seconds left and 1st ring is not even closing yet. Kill Leader already has 14 kills and I'm sitting there going uhh can I have a chance to boost my evo to red?!

@DarthValtrexYea but when we do that its fun! Sometimes we win sometimes we don't all we can do is try again.
If not for soo many close combat fights I would of never found hip fire useful. Now I have mastered it for all guns including snipers. Including kraber. It is whats helping me recover faster from my stroke. It is building me to be the player I once was when I was feared by some. i still have loads of streamers i just started playing with again asking if I still bully lobbies.
Dropping hot is where its at. =P I am horrible at long range. Which you have seen as I run the dual 99. I can peg from some distance with it but nothing a G7 or what not can do. I am purely close combat player for most part.
This is one the biggest reasons other then broken parts of map sound issues worse then worlds edge why I dislike this map. I can not shine on it. I can get kills and plow my way through but it is not an enjoyable way for me. When on that map I literally pull up on people in that car yelling either Leroy Jenkins or auto bots roll out. Only time I find the map fun and enjoyable when I take a GTA approach to it.
@E9ine_ACYeah I suppose but you can get into some good action on Olympous I think as it evolves over the next Season it might grow on you. We played out similarly when it first dropped in season 3.
I think as more people become familiar with the map, hot drops and loot locations you'll see more of it. Trust me I have seen more 8 squads drop to Estates.. My team is going there and I'm going uh this is a bad idea! We are going to be late and my punching skills are not great at the moment.
@Koochi-Q The 2x-4x might take up screen space but I can land headshots at ranges an 2x or even 3x player can't. Plus how much screen space do you need to actually hit one target?! I would be curious to know how many pixels the 2x 4x takes up compared to the 3x. The 1x-2x works good for me. If I try and use the bruiser I have to increase my Aim sensitivity, I have tried numerous times and it's a whole lot of me spinning in circles having a very hard time. What can I say?! I don't conform to the Jedi order. See that's an added benefit of playing with me, I won't be interested in the sights you want on your guns.- @DarthValtrex Well that is the thing. The map is very spread out when comes to hot spots. Sure we drop hot clear town then in order to find next team we spend 2-5 minutes searching without hearing a single shot. Map just is too big for people like myself who wants to just kill or be killed. haha
@E9ine_ACTridents man or jump towers. Clear one squad i go straight for a trident and hunt the next squad you can cover a ton of ground in those.. Just have to watch out for the arc stars. I got hit with an arc star while driving one those. Thought I was being cool honking the horn then Zaaaap my trident was dead and I was getting electrocuted and shot to death.

@DarthValtrexIt’s not the 1 target I’m worried about but the targets I can’t see due to me ADSing or running and the scope keeps getting in front of the targets in my peripheral.
It’s not uncommon when I unfortunately have that scope and shoot someone only to flinch as someone else shoots me and he’s right were the scope edge is so I didn’t even see him...

I like Olympus. I notice fewer Tridents about these days. Does anyone use the Phase Runner?
Fragment is the big prob on WE. There are very few drop points I like on the map. If I am DM I usually pick Harvester, Tree or Epicentre.
