For me, i'm at level 140ish and i feel like the matchmaking force me to team up with low level players like level 50 & below, maybe the devs wants high level players to carry low level players or something but sometimes it's just not the case

It's never the case, if you check the attainment rate of the lvl 100 account achievement (im on PS4) it shows that less than 10% of accounts have this achievement.
