I like the idea, and think it can be effective.
But, I can't help but wonder how this would affect younger players who's parents won't allow them to have a smartphone untill they are a little older (say 15 years old)
Because of the increased vulgarity of certain content on the web (make an educated guess) there's more than a few households that won't give their children phones at 13/14 years old.
Younger players who got no smartphone should have parents permission, if they got that, they can verify their account with parents phone number.
