@WingmannedbroYou mean orphan to thieves? It's likely her parent's assets were seized cuz they were obviously stolen. And that's why she was given to a foster family. Maybe they stole something from The Syndicate, so they sent a killer Robo and then took all of their assets. Respawn storytelling is very deep and intricate. You might say I am wrong, but I can bet it would be something like that.

@BaldWraithSimp Hammond didn't send Revenant, they just built/provided his parts.
Revenant was in the control of the Syndicate at the time. (95% sure about this.)
