Merge Apex accounts
Hello! my name is Loke, And i want some help with my ea accounts. I have two Apex accounts. And i want both of them in one, but one of the accounts is a ea account, and the other one is a Xbox account. I took my pc account and linked my Xbox account and i only had my pc ea account when i played on Xbox, than i missed my Xbox account, so i made a new ea account and linked the Xbox account to it, and now when i play on my Xbox i have my Xbox account, than i saw that i couldent link back my Xbox account on the pc ea account in like 6 month of time, and it's been 6 month now. On 4/14 i can link back the account, but i want both of the pc and Xbox on the ea pc account witch dident work from the start, how can i make that happen? Cuz when i link my Xbox account to the pc ea account before, i only had the pc account on my Xbox, i want both in 4/14. How can i make that happen?
Hey NOTREAL-ABCD,
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Due to the way that works, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer or merge two separate accounts.
