I’ve recently got a PC and lost details from my old pa4 account with all my og things and recently picked up a second hand ps4 and have found all details from the og account but I’ve already spent money on the other account aswell is there any way for me to merge the 2 together so I don’t lose anything

Happy to hear that you were able to regain access to that OG account!
Sorry to say, but it isn't possible to merge progress across two accounts, whether EA or Apex. You can find more information about that on this page.
Please note that cross progression wouldn't be applicable at this point, since it sounds like you have two separate Apex accounts, and especially so if you have two EA accounts.
