@nmtxpunisher There isn't a great deal that can be done from here. Community managers will likely just send you a link to where you've already been as this isn't in their remit
Perhaps just double check to ensure you haven't spent any coins, file a new ticket and maybe ask to speak to a supervisor straight away due to the issue you had with the previous attempt.
