Hey, my account isnt hacked anymore and I have full access to it. The issue is that all of my in-game currencies and packs are missing, and I am unable to play as Ash; she is locked and unable to be unlocked for me. I was told by EA support to post in here to get help.

If any currency was spent and/or any packs were opened while it was under the control of the hacker, it sadly cannot be refunded, (and the same is true if you were the one who had spent the currency and/or opened your packs).

It seems like it yes and even on another console she is still locked. I dont own any passes and I bought her when she released way back then
