Missing Skin

I'm missing the shatter core reactive skin for the nemesis. It's been missing for a while now and no on has helped me or given me an answer as to why it's missing.

I made a post 6 months ago and no one answered and the EA help service isn't giving me the answers I need either

I have attached images showing off my nemesis skins. As the images show I don't have the shatter core variant even though I finished the split 2 battle pass for Season 25
