Missing trail season 24

Dive trails were replaced with an Epic Banner Frame back in Season 18, so if you reached Master last season you should be seeing the relevant frame rather than a dive trail. 

Are you able to take a look and see if that's showing up in addition to the usual badge and holospray?

I'm sorry I have the same issue and your reply, while I appreciate it, I can't really accept it.
The season rewards clearly specified SEASON TRAIL. I finished Diamond I finished the event that made me play 25 rank matches in order to give me what I had already won and I have not received anything. This is like so disgusting. This game is just going to hell and no one really seems to care. Each day that goes by I play less. I should have uninstalled this rubbish years ago.

As for the green dive trail:

Its the same as you on my game. I could have sworn last season had a season trail on that list. Now I really don't know anything.
removing the trails was a pretty d*** move.

Shouldn't expect anything else really though.
