Mobile respawn beacons should be permanent in replicators

It would fix so many issues this season like half the lobby dying before round one because of the new TTK, now if an octane or pathfinder managed to get a away they can simply go to a replicator and ...

@Bean2kay9 The issue with half the teams being dead has nothing to do with respawns. On WE the issue is fragment.

@hayhor Why stop at Fragment? I hate World's Edge overall #blowupworldsedge !

    @pastaclown I used to prefer worlds edge and still like the map but now because of people dying so quickly I'm not a fan. Fragment is so bad you can literally drop into the department store building, loot all 5 floors and then run over to the other side and fight.

      The issue is player decisions, not map areas lol.

        @MandatoryIDtag The map areas promote stupid decisions. Blowing up skulltown fixed this on KC.
