Most obvious cheater I've encountered: firing sentinel bullets from rampage
The title says it all - this is the most obvious cheater I've ever encountered. This player deals over 200 damage with 3 bullets from a rampage, with the bullets having the sound and trail of sentinel rounds.
The following screenshot shows the damage on the kill was 207 damage in 3 hits. Against a purple helmet, the Rampage deals 31 damage per shot, meaning a minimum of 7 shots would have been needed to reach the 200 damage mark.
Appreciate you sharing this here and we appreciate you editing to block out the names in the OP as was mentioned, naming and shaming is against the rules here on the forums, it's not about "protecting the guilty" it's just about making sure you follow our rules here.
