Does apex legends allow the use of external software(in my case, Raw Accel / povohat) for mouse accelerators?

@ajapa_ny It's my understanding that running any external software runs the risk of getting picked up by the anti cheat software.
Generally though if it gives you an unfair advantage like let's say it increases your mouse acceleration passed normal limits then you'd be cheating.
