My account got hacked and banned because of hackers but EA refuse all

@minatoaquknnn my statement from before stands. I would like to add that if you have not already done so you will need to contact the Terms of Service Team (TOS) and open up a ticket to have your case reviewed. 

Do you really expect that anyone is going to open that link after you suggested that your whole computer was compromised.
