My account is unusable.

Recently, I returned to playing Apex Legends and discovered that my Apex account was banned. I would like to clarify that I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or foreign plug-ins.

After further investigation, I found that the email address linked to my EA account had been unauthorizedly changed, which made me realize that my EA account had been hacked. With the assistance of EA customer support, I successfully recovered my account.

After regaining access, I immediately submitted an appeal to have the ban removed and contacted customer support again. The support agent clearly informed me that the ban on my account had already been lifted and that my account currently has no active bans or restrictions.

However, up to today, more than one week has passed, and I am still unable to log into the game normally. Every time I try to log in, I receive the error message shown in the attached screenshot:

“ERROR – The client’s game account has been banned.”

This leads me to believe that although the ban was removed on the account level, the ban status may not have been properly synchronized or updated on the game server side. I kindly request your assistance in checking my account status again and ensuring that the ban removal is fully applied so that I can access the game normally.

  • Sadly no one here can help you. Customer support are the only ones that can sort this out for you. If I were you I would contact them directly again.

    Do not appeal the ban again as you can only appeal a ban 3 times.
