My account was hacked and baned

My email account was hacked on August 26, 2024, as you can see in the attached screenshot. Obviously I changed my email password and added security measures as soon as I realized someone else had accessed my email account. However, at that time I did not know that my EA account was also hacked. I was about to play Apex Legends about a week ago, on PC, when a message appeared saying that my account was disabled. I did not even receive an account change email or notification of the account ban. Trying to figure out what the reason could be, because of my account violation history, the reason I waived the ban and because I have never been rude or used bad language towards other players in the past or done anything wrong to even get an account assigned, I found out on the EA forums that other people had their accounts hacked around the same time (August 24 - September 31) and were banned. Suspecting that the reason my account was banned was also because my email was hacked, I changed my EA password to protect my account. Since then I have argued accepting this twice but also received a closed response saying "After a thorough technical investigation of your account and your connections, we have found that your account was handled properly and the sanctions will remain in effect.", without specifying why or how I violated the ToS. I downloaded my EA user data and confirmed that my EA account was hacked today and accessed on August 26, 2024 from Taganrog Russia. For the record as I said here all account logs from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam are mine. I have proof to back up everything I said and attached to my dispute acceptance to resolve any failures. right now because I don't know what else to do. They still won't accept
