I'm sorry, you're on the community boards; Answers HQ. We aren't able to help with bans here. It sounds like you're looking for the Terms of Service team. They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for you if you think there's been a mix-up with the ban and they'll lift it if the investigation confirms no rules were broken.
