@CAGOA34 That might be worth a try.. Here is the process of doing that..
1. Make sure the PS4 is completely off, do not leave it in reset mode or it won't work. Wait until the blinking indicator light has completely stopped flashing.
2.Unplug the PS4 from its power cord, you're supposed to do it from the console, not the wall.
3. wait 30 seconds then plug it back in, the PS4 cache should now be cleared. Plug it back in after 30 seconds.

@DarthValtrex Yeah it could work but it's not a guarantee, I tried after reinstalling cod 3 times and it still wouldn't connect to servers done this and it worked, literally took me a week to try the game played one match and uninstalled it, was not for me.
