My EA account was previously linked to my ex’s Nintendo account.

my EA account was previously linked to my ex’s Nintendo account.
i already unlinked it, but now i can no longer access my apex account because it still seems tied to that Nintendo account.
i want to fully remove that Nintendo account from my EA account and recover my access. But how?
