My game was bugged

In s20 I tryed to do the challenges for the reactive flatline skin but at the challenge „send 6 free gifts to friends“ my game was bugged and I couldn’t send gifts until only 2 weeks were left and only could send 4 gifts. I completed all the other quests but not this one and I’m mad bout that until this day.
