My game will freeze and then unfree

So for the last two seasons I have had a problem with apex. My game will crazy will in a ranked match and then unfreeze and then completely close out. Sometimes this happens twice in one game and I don’t understand why. Sometimes it can happen four times in an entire day and I would like to know what’s the problem? Also I have Bluetooth turtle beach headphones and when I have them turned on and load apex and have to press a to get into the pre game lobby it doesn’t register almost as if my controllers off and apex is the only game to do this I can do everything else but on my Xbox but press a for the apex pre game lobby any thoughts?
