Need help changing Primary Progression Source from Xbox to PSN in Apex Legends

Hi, I need help with my Apex Legends account. My EA account is linked to both my Xbox and PSN. My primary source of progress is set to Xbox. However, what I really want to play on is my PSN account (PlayStation 4), where I have spent a lot of time, money, and have all my progress and unlocks. When I try to play on my PC, it loads Xbox data instead and I cannot access my PSN progress. I have already reported a case (#215473818) to EA support, but have not received a response for over 20 hours. I am afraid that if I disconnect my Xbox account before support helps me, I will lose access to my PSN progress or get banned. Please help me change my primary source of progress from Xbox to PSN so that I can continue playing with my actual progress. Thanks in advance
