Hmm, I don't think so tho, it's a very different type of shooter.
@Wingmannedbro That it is, but it's smooth and realistic. Hit detection is on point, gunplay feels great to and the graphics look fantastic. Maps are gritty and feel like a real enviroment and sound is also good to.
Apex has just turned into a rage-fest nearly every game I play. It was never like that at launch. It ran great at launch and gameplay felt solid. Now it's a stuttery, frame rate loss, laggy mess. Far to inconsistent to take seriously now. So much so, I've given up. Towel thrown in over the last few weeks for me. Just not fun anymore.
I love FPS games, and came to Apex from Cod, as Cod had turned into a kindergarten crap shoot of bright colours, stupid skins and childish maps. It seems to have returned to it's roots which is right up my street. I will be playing the life out of the new MW if this alpha is anything to go by. First Cod in 5-6 years that I am interested in.
Each to their own, but my time with Apex is done i think.
@Silz616The ADS in this game feels like you're cross eyed compared to cods dont forget the weapon cycle jesus christ this game has the worse gun cycle i've ever seen. Its so laggy and not smooth
Apex was not like this at launch. It felt great to me, but it's had a serious nose dive, game performance wise, in my experience.
Playing the new Cod made me realise how bad Apex has become.
Yeah MW definitely looked and sounded good, but you can't really make sick plays in those games like in Apex.
@WingmannedbroNope... I can make sicker plays and everyone will know it instead of ‘these are your champions’ and nobody seeing stats.
I love it in CoD’s when my team barely has 10 kills and I have 10 kills alone or when you’re always in top 3 with 1/3rd the amount of the kills for victory or when you get that good 10+ killstreak even though you’re rushing as F!I love the faster play, small areas, the quicker reflexes needed and awareness that comes with the game.
