Nerf Blisk and revert the Wraith nerf!

@GH0STEDbyME If they increase her hit box they might be able to revert some of the nerfs they have done to her abilities.
Horizon is need of a nerf more than any other legend. Her Tactical is just insanity. It's basically endless and instant get out of jail free card that allows her to gain high ground any place she goes. It needs a cool down timer that is more in line with wraiths tactical.
If she needs to pop a bat? Just throw the tactical down and pop a bat at he top of it or fly off onto some high point and pop the bat. It's really insane. Watch Tollis play her..
