Nerf the * volt
The Volt needs to do at least 2 less damage per shot than it does now

@chuntfunk I don't think it need a nerf at all, the only thing I might change about it is the bullet spread at range so it is more like an SMG than a AR.
I think its a great addition to the game and a great gun to replace the R99.
