@OldTreeCreeper I used to do that with cd's when I was a kid, Lol! If I didn't have the money that day, and there was only 1 copy left, I would find an album no one wants, and hide it behind there for when I went back. Worked like a charm!! Might have to get me one of these

When I was in elementary school, Scholastics Book (publishing company) had those book fairs. Had to hide those Pokemon manga books and Geronimo Stilton behind the other books. LMAO.
Also had a mini collection of Goosebumps books back then.
- @Cheese9Man Ayyyyyy!! I still have my collection of Goosebumps and Animorphs. Never got around to selling/donating them, so they've been boxed up for years. I remember begging my mom for money to buy some new books every year when the book fair came around. I wonder if they even still do those? Ahhhhh, the good ol' days

Needless to say, I have a huge collection of tree books, but when I was young I was a voracious reader, read a Hardy Boys a night untill I had the whole series done, then the 3 Investigators, then Nancy Drew, then the famous 5, then anything I could get my hands on. I really loved the Wilbur Smith books too.
I still remember my classmate buying a whole set of Harry Potter books (but not the complete set since not all the books were finished yet) and everyone was so jealous. Now these books are just famous because of someone’s twitter account.
Glad that even though we’re all from different parts of the world, we shared a similar experience in the past through these books. Thanks for sharing everyone! Sorry OTC I kinda derailed the thread. I actually have one those Nessie plushies but it’s the small on my work desk. 😁
@Cheese9ManI remember buyin a magic kit at one of those fairs. My mom made me throw it away cuz magic was the devil in our house 😔.
