New account leveling
I dont get one thing with this new system. In past year i was lvl 500 and now i have to start from lvl 1 in this new system. Shouldn't i get sth for that past year when i was playing? Like this prest...

The prestige system gives apex packs for the levels you should've gotten above level 500.
So if you were level 500 and kept playing to the point that you should've gotten level 600, you'd get the rewards for those levels with this update.
Though if you reached level 500 and haven't played since then, that would mean that you would've gained 0 levels, meaning that you wouldn't earn any rewards.
Your level icon should look like something else now though, so that's something.
@XHelperZ This is inaccurate. Everyone starts at level 1 again and even if you’ve played above 500 for years, you would not get rewarded for that. I for one is above level 1500+.

@Cheese9Man Then I would've misunderstood how this system works, why are people getting apex packs for the levels they got after 500?
@XHelperZ there were only packs up to level cap of 500 in the old system. I was above level 1,500 too.
As best as I understand it for now:
I think the old level 500 gave around 199 packs.
You would add bonus packs, BP packs and bought packs to that.
The new level cap will now be 2,000.
The new system rotates through 500 levels four times.
The level icon also looks different each time, indicating which of the 3 new levels you are on. Green for me at the moment
I need to find out more about the icons.
Players that had the old 500 levels done already, will have an extra 1,500 levels to unlock.
There are 345 extra Apex Packs now available to us.
I have yet to see at what levels the new system delivers packs, in its entirety.
199 plus 345 = heirloom 😃 (or earlier)

Not sure if it was just me, though this does explain it haha.
Here’s the breakdown according to the files as datamined by KralRindo
”Level 1-100: 1 Pack every 10 level
Level 100-200: 1 Pack every 8 level
Level 200-300: 1 Pack every 6 level
Level 300-400: 1 Pack every 4 level
Level 400-500: 1 Pack every 2 levelTotal 115 packs per prestige”
So if you’re level 25, you’ll get 3 apex packs.
Level 2 - 1 apex pack
Level 12 - 1 AP
Level 22 - 1 AP
As your level goes higher, you’ll get more packs. Sorry took some time to write a proper reply because of work. Hope this clears things up for everyone.

- @dSKyNafinchin Since we got our first heirloom before this prestige system, we’ll probably get our 2nd heirloom by the 3rd prestige. That’ll take probably 2 years? LOL.
