Never thought id say it but jesus this game is fun. EA I would get your cheaters taken care of before you lose a lot to this game. Offers a lot more then apex with game modes squad picking and more. You got a run for your money game out now.
Apex is like sexy lady, you fall in love in 1st sight but after for a while, you start to know she love your wallet so much, and there're "not soo good stuff",
but you stick around until another sexy lady show up, but so far, I haven't see one so I will stick around.

I'm close to calling you biased. How are you going to say you don't like to unlock things, but your profile picture is Fat Gas Guy ( official name ) that needs to be unlocked to use? Then go on to say "Oh and about the cheaters......." You do know Apex Legends has the most cheaters of any Free2Play PC title currently. It's going to get crazy once Apex Legends hits steam.
Activision clearly knows how to get cheaters down, EA Respawn is a different story altogether, a very big story. Cheaters are so much of an issue on Apex Legends, They didn't even allow PCs to join cross-play with consoles haha.
I have to admit COD is good for quick pick up and play for instant gratification to win a few rounds. Losing a round didn't make you feel bad because each round was only around 10 mins, so not like you lost too much time investment into that round. As opposed to that feeling you spent 5-10 mins looting and dead by a pro squad in 5 secs.
But just lacks team play and communication. Battlefield - One squad on comms makes a complete difference in 32vs32
Battlefield Recon respawn point was deadly having a squad behind the enemy ganking everyone with silencers.
Also you get higher score for team play such as providing ammo, health, revive. So it was made to reward team play than just kills. Can't wait til Battlefield 6 next year and return to modern period. The rounds last much longer than Apex, so yea it can be frustrating spent 30 mins on a battlefield and losing but boy it felt so good to see minions of 32 players pushing against last few tickets over visually amazing maps.
Games like Team Fortress, Overwatch, Left 4 Dead games. Team work games with objectives feel more satisfying.
COD/Battlefield I feel like their maps nowadays regardless of size tend to have 3-4 choke points which makes pathing too campy.
@Popa2capsI am biased. I basically said so in my post naming things I don't like about COD.
As for unlocking gasman.....it takes essentially zero time to unlock a character. On COD there are a crazy amount of weapons to unlock and then you need to use each ones stuff by using the crappy version of it. The comparison in time and money isn't even close. Oh and the COD weapons are ridiculously unbalanced.
Regarding the cheaters, you vastly underestimate how bad the cheating is on COD. I've played with a PC friend on Apex this past week and actually won more than normal so can't say I've had the experience of others. Ilootgames made an interesting argument about PC cheating on apex recently. He said it isn't as bad as people go on about. He said what happens is one streamer sees a cheater, makes a video and that video goes crazy, making things seem worse. He streams something like 8 hours a day so ill take his word for it.
