@House-of-crimson That sands of time is something I'd only use to support allies. I'd end up dead in a 1v1. I'd hat to have that used against me.
That passive is a bit OP. Use a Phoenix kit then resupply it to yourself? Use a heat shield then resupply it to yourself? Yeah...
How would the tactical fare when the Firewall/Ring is enclosing? If it traps people then that would butcher them.

@Zulkiers was originally going to go another direction with his ult however i thought that might be a good one
the passive would have some limitaions that would prevent certain items from being rewound e.g. definatly a heat shield seeing as they are survival kits. phoenix kits would likley take a long time to rewind however with it you might not require another one. honestly just didnt have time to go into more detail with it.
i didn't actually consider the ring with the tactical and that now seems very strong so maybe upon initially entering the bubble they are slowed however after a quicker time period they are free to move again even in the bubble. maybe also healing items are slower in the bubble for enemies as well. ill go check out the sniper legend idea soon.
