@RSArussian just a thought.
Perhaps set your tactical as your passive.
Your ultimate as your tactical.
This would give you a free ultimate slot for something a little more powerful.
As it stands your passive isn't doing much by reducing the cooldown on your tactical....as you still need your ultimate to capitalize on both. If that makes sense? 😛
- @MandatoryIDtag The passive really only is in effect when you're in ultimate... i.e. the point is that if you are going to shapeshift to a different legend skillset, you should be able to use their abilities as much as possible for the duration you're shapeshifting hence the cooldown reduction on all of them. (i.e. passive does not impact your own cooldowns of your tactical or ultimate, only gives you the ability to use your shapeshifted abilities more)
