Holy hell that's some sweet stuff!Wonder if the old FR will still be accessible, though aside from that everything is looking super great.So far I've been loving all the time and effort that's recently been put into the game.Noticing the Trello tracker has been getting some more attention since the new CM got assigned to it, so kudos to them too!Seems like this season will bring a lot for all of us.Also can't wait to find ways to break the new survival item lol

@EA_Mako This is refreshing to see, for me! I'll have to play on the reworked WE to see how I feel about the changes. The weapon mastery and the FR update look wonderful to me! I finally have something to work for, aside from season/BP progression, with the weapon mastery, and I'm all for it! I used to be one of the people that grinded for diamond skins in the older CoD games, so I will definitely be working on 100% mastery for all weapons. Really looking forward to checking out the new Firing Range as well!I'm definitely curious how much the WE changes will/might effect the central hot-drop. I like that Lava City was reworked, and they left Dome alone, Lol! I'm curious to see if the new "Stacks" POI will help pull anyone from Frag. I doubt it, but I'm curious to see how it plays out.I suppose I'll have to bite the bullet and go to Frag at least once, just for a quick nostalgia hit at the museum.That new survival item makes Valk slightly less necessary, so I'm curious to see how that effects things.New vault location is slightly odd, considering there is already a vault not too far south of Skyhook. I would have liked to see a new one added in the northwest quadrant, somewhere around Climatizer. I don't really go for the vaults though, so it's not a huge deal for me.

Looking at the various Youtube videos the 4 things that held my interest was the new character Ballistic,the Mobile Jump Tower, the alterations to the Firing Range & the Weapon Mastery.Regarding the Mobile Jump Tower I'm a little curious as how long the whole implemention between the rocket dispersing once launched & when you can actually launch from takes & is it's main purpose of it being for quick getaway purposes or is it for players who are in the middle of nowere or are racing against the storm.Alterations to the Firing Range for it to actually replicate real game situations is long overdue though with 1v1 battles against dummies who will fire back.Weapon Mastery is another interesting concept as to what it will actually do but will it just be a gimmick for players to grind out the game more.From what I have seen I'm just not sold by the changes (or the lack of changes) made to World's Edge particularly Fragment unforunately as it looks like the sweatiest hot-drop building is still there who's name escapes me but is next to the Train Station & has a Ground Floor,1st Floor,2nd Floor & Rooftop & is the main building on the LTM map.There was no mention of any additional LTM or Mix Tape modes though.And now for fixes to the matchmaking,servers,performance issues,match-fill,cheating,next gen upgrade etc.

Fragment has been updated. Evac towers are being added as a survival item. Ballistic looks like the best new legend in a while.Those are the things I'm excited about!

@hayhor Twitter leaks, also RANKED CHANGES:

- Ranked Points(RP) removed
- Ladder Points coming to the ranked “aims to put emphasis on winning the battle royale versus racking up kills”
- Matchmaking will be based on your skill, not rank This means the matchmaker will build games based on skill, not purely on your ladder placement
- Splits have been removed, rank will reset per season
- Minimum required account level is now 50
- Now you can't get kp by killing a player more than once, means people can't boost with beacons anymore
- Provisional matches have been added.
- Entry cost is now same for all ranks.

I don't understand some of these changes, like the entry cost being the same for all ranks, or the mm being based on skill (?).

Ehh let's just wait for the blog post that'll release tomorrow which will include some more detailed information to the ranked changes they are making.
The changes on their own (assuming they're correct) will not really reveal a lot to why and what they've got planned.
