The gun has a name: Havok. Seems like it is an Energy Ammo Assault Riffle.

I didnt think so which is weird since there was an update earlier
Might be out now!
Hopefully comes with some weapon balancing as well.
And possibly more enery drops to make grabbing it even worth it
