Hi emeraldwolf_24,

Thanks for popping up those images. It looks like you're playing on PC so we're likely dealing with the EA app.

Could you double-check that the email address it's being sent to is the same one you're checking? You can verify by going to the Account Information tab of your EA Account settings and examining the email address registered to the EA account.
