No dive trails found

I completed the rank leader champion twice and was supposed to receive a dive trail. However its been days and ive yet to receive it. Anyone knows how to help? Thanksss

Raysttt If you completed the Ranked Ladder challenges this season and are eligible for the dive trail, it will be rewarded next Rank Split.
