No health!?

Just had a game where after engaging three separate firefights there was absolutely no health packs to be found. Even off of the players that were dispatched. This is also after leaving the first are...

@ColdHours I had that in one game since new map was launched. It was funny tho... we cleared out 3 squads... gold, purple and blue death boxes everywhere... not one single syringe or med pack but loads of shields and enough attachments to become inspector gadget mixed with the terminator... they died while I ran for the storm... (we all had like 25-50% health pre-storm run) first or second supply bin near train depot, syringe and I was like YES!

So healed up, they were pinging to get them in storm. In my head I was like ‘should’ve run you nincompoops’, and then D/C’d :D

There is heals kicking around, just obviously scattered a lot wider than KC so it feels like less.
One of my premades a bit of a loot goblin when it comes to heals.Not sure where he finds them all...its a genuine mystery. XD
