Why is this a problem? The heirloom is not promised every year. I've been waiting for a special skin like the Battle Pass reward to come out, and it's finally here. This is the best collection
@Do_not_login_11$160 for 3 pairs of gloves and a finisher really? People are not angry, people are disappointed because they could sell shards and would get more money. I might even buy the BH skin alone if it was sold for $40-60 on the store.
@Cheese9Man too many must have got the heirloom last year and internal studies since have informed the powers that be that their pack sales have gone down directly as a result!
It's such piffle really, after all it's actual money for one's and zero's. Why would a business not sell what the punters seem to want, as against a (very nice) skin that punters can't even see and have to imagine being there???
Not only that, but the skin of only one legend is catered for, albeit a highly picked one of around 10%, as against a heirloom for loads of them???
If this game goes bust then there are obvious business reasons why.
Ps I'm not sure even the white wraith skin interests me. What am I to do with the 5k cm I have and 1k spare coin??? I might have gone for another heirloom, just might. Maby next year

@hayhorYeah I barely spend ont his game, but I also haven't spent nearly as much as others since I sill don't have an heirloom lol. I'm pretty sure I've opened 500 packs but I can't keep track. The game should be able to tell you how many packs you've opened. I think if the game actually had its own pack tracker that may give players a little more incentive to buy more packs as they know exactly how many they'd need to open to get to 500. It would be cool if they did a 3rd person animation to show your skin evolve but obviously that wouldn't work in the heat of battle lol.
LMAO TRUE! If they did the skin to something like this in-game, it would be an insta buy for me. But nope. You just go back to the lobby, get the second skin, then get some more damage. Lol.
