No kill credit after squad eliminated??

I've always wondered why this is. If you down an enemy and then you and your squad die and the downed enemy gets killed it says eliminated on the screen but you don't get kill credit. This happens i...

@Marge010 Because you didn't kill them. You downed them.

    @hayhor If you down an enemy and someone else kills them, you get kill credit if your squad is still alive. You don't have to kill an enemy to get kill credit

      @Marge010 Because your team is alive. If your whole squad is dead you are not in the game any more.
