No More Promo Trials

@1HowlingMurdock1 Once again this was brought in from the feedback of players. Zone healers, under the map exploits and so on were pointed out by the players themselves as the big issue that Respawn is not handling to protect the competitive integrity. You had multiple Pred level players just sitting 8h a day in the zone healing to gain LP with no real interest to play the game. 

Not a fan of the trials either as a soloq player. I was personally gutted having to do multiple rounds on rookie to bronze trials. On another note today I got a real sense of achievement on getting from silver to gold after multiple attempts. So it has its ups and downs.
