Bullets are passing through players doing no damage.
I'm getting downed with purple shields full health by two bullets from a alternator.
Players are side strafing at 50 miles per hour faster than my legend can sprint.
But I've noticed... in games owned by certain people... that they'll do that. Start on some good servers or whatnot, then switch to some bad ones or whatever.
This dynamic has an official term and is implemented for specific effects.
