No recoil on PC gamepad's

@Warz0ne_Legends There is recoil. It is exactly the same as mnk. I have tried it in the firing range and the spray patterns are identical in pattern and size. Perhaps the player got really good and lucky with their recoil control or perhaps they were cheating.
