NOOB TEAM OR SPAM BOT EVERY GAME

This is just a rant.. I cant take it or I might explode.. Sorry I will try to contain myself..

Is EA secretly doing this to me on purpose? I am a max level 2000+ kill player with about 100 wins.. I would like to enjoy playing solo but cant with the absolute noobest teams every game. Yet every game I face stacks of 3 obviously a party who are just as good if not better than me or hackers with wall hacks and aim bots or just wall hacks so not to be too obvious..

Then theres my other 2 team mates who just want to drop at the least populated area, loot until the game ends or said 3 stack comes and wipes them. They cant even deal over 100 damage before dying..

Before I was max level I could win around 1-2 games every 10 games or so with randoms. Now I do not think I have won a game solo in 2 weeks? Maybe 1 game..

I have a suspicion that EA is doing this on purpose but not sure why. Why cant you at least pit me with people who more or less have same skill level as me? I am sick of having to carry children who cannot even aim. Sure I was like these noobs at the beginning too, but I did not get better by getting myself destroyed by level 100 players.. The training mode made me better and still makes me better every day I enter training for 15 mins before playing..
