im in level 71 and haven't recived packs for every level i gained. It says im getting them but i cant see them. I have been getting some but not all. i started to play again last season and were in level 13 i think and i have maybe got 40 packs. i didnt contact because i thought apex would fix it until this season but it still is happening.
Please help.

After level 20 you stop receiving one pack per level and will receive one every two levels. You can find information on this leveling system here.
Also in Season 14, the level cap has been increased, with the additional levels added there are also additional packs granted as you level up.
Players can now level past account level 500 through 3 additional tiers of 500 levels bringing the effective level maximum to Level 500 Tier 3. This increase adds 345 additional Apex Packs earnable via account leveling and ensures that everyone can earn an heirloom just by playing the game. The total number of Apex Packs earnable via account leveling is now 544.
