Not recieving my battle-pass rewards!

I bought my battlepass ultimate on 3/27/25 and i receive all of my battlepass rewards EXCEPT for my skins. Neither skins for legends or weapons are being recieved to my account even though it says i ...

    Verified_Llama  When you had bought the Battle Pass, did you happen to buy the "Ultimate+ Battle Pass Upgrade", (which is the middle one shown in the image below)?

    If you did, that version of the pass only upgrades the Ultimate Battle Pass to the Ultimate+ Battle Pass, (as such, it doesn't unlock the Premium Battle Pass track itself).

Verified_Llama  Could you share a screenshot of the skins that aren't showing up in the legend locker, and a screenshot of the Battle Pass track itself, (where it shows what version of the Battle Pass is owned)?
